Dr. James Blank, DDS

Very unorganized, drill and lights were not working during my time there. I had to change rooms at one point. Dentist and hygienist introduced themselves to each other, so they had never worked together. Was being worked on off and o.n for 2 hours. The filling broke after 20 days and my new dentist repaired the work. I had been a patient there for 13 years along with my family. I will not go back. I emailed the practice about my poor experience and no one reached out to check in with me. I moved my family from the practice as well.

In January 2023 after my cleaning by a dental hygienist that was still there from Dr. Waddell's days, who did a great job, Dr. Blank came in looked at my tongue for cancer then left. In February I went for a chipped tooth. They called me back and I sat in a chair for a half hour then someone came in and took x-rays then I sat for another half hour. Dr. Blank came in and said of "you are the one here for a chipped tooth let me get someone for you". Never saw him again. Fortunately the girl who fixed my tooth did a great job but she was a substitute for the day, she didn't even work there. Last week I went in for my cleaning and checkup. The hygienist hardly cleaned my back teeth, worked a lot on my front teeth and then started polishing my teeth with so much polishing material I had to pick it out of my mouth. I have had an issue with an implant that is in my records and it wasn't even checked. I never saw a dentist so no checkup was even given. I won't be back.

Took my father for dental implants. They could not finish the top and were supposed to get him a temporary denture. He could not fit it in his mouth. They said see you in 3 months. He way overpaid for the service. Would never recommend to anyone.

Went in for an appointment did not see Dr at all Instead had an x-ray next thing I know they’re trying to sell me on other items that I was he even there for I felt like I was in a trap very uncomfortable experience I thought medical professionals were for the people to help them not try to get them to go into financial debt luckily I was smart enough to refuse the service

A few years back Dr Blank took over this practice from another dentist and with that the patents were tfr to his service. The care is just not the same and no longer personable... After years of service with the same insurance each year they try to bill you for something a little extra. It seems they have turned into a nickle and dime kind of business and not caring for the patients needs. The team at the front desk are horrible at returning calls. Time to find a new provider
