Since Jan 04 of 2016 I had received services from this office. So far the claim has never reached to my Humana insurance,....? And the bill continue adding up the late fee every month.
I've called, the billing office number many times, but never once they return my call, finally I have driven up to and directly talked to the secretary, her initial is MB, a cold face treated me just like a beggar, and wrote on the bill : 7/25 Resubmitted to Ins. And initial as MB
And 8/21 still come the bill
