Absolutely inflexible office staff. Signed a payment agreement with us and then called the same day and refused to honor the agreement. I insisted they honor their agreement and even though I paid my bill in full and on time according to the payment plan, they held a grudge. With the next service, they filed our insurance incorrectly. I called my insurance and was told it was never filed. I called back and told them the insurance said they would pay the claim and asked them to refile; they refused and told me I was being difficult and I had to pay the bill. Never again.
