after spending almost a year trying to get my husband his dentures, they do not answer the phone, or the door during business hours. this is the most unprofessional place of business.

Really nice guy but I’ve spent the last 6 months driving to Kenai to try to get my appointment and calling endlessly with no answer. I ordered my denture in December they said it would be in, in 3 weeks. It’s now May still haven’t gotten a call or anything about my denture I need desperately!!! Very very unprofessional.

fast and reasonable

He did a crown on one of my teeth. It was SO big it didn't fit in with my other teeth at all. One side had such a big gap that food got packed in and made the whole gum ache. The other side was so tight I couldn't even get floss in between the teeth. He refused to do it over again. I changed dentists and had to have it pulled and a bridge put in. The root had become inflamed and painful from the pressure the horrible fit caused. His secretary was nice until I complained and then she became RUDE.

He did a root canal on my son that was so bad that our new dentist said it was the worst attempt at a root canal I've ever seen. He showed us the xrays and explained why. My son went back several times for the attempt and experienced horrible pain. Dr. Halliday said my son was a baby and yet he rarely ever even had novocain previously for fillings. His wife/secretary was rude, aggressive. Dr. Halliday seems ADHD when working in your mouth looking out the window and talking endlessly.

The doctor is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. He is dishonest and needs to go back to dental school, schooling on professional conduct would also be needed..
