Receptionist-AWFUL! Husband & I came in for appt for routine exam, x-rays, & cleaning. Turns out the recep only booked us for exam (no cleaning). Not only did she screw up, but she actually blamed me and said that I did not req a cleaning. She shut my husband up saying that she will only talk to me as if he is my child. Then I call ins to follow up on claim. Provider did not send billing on 2 of 3 claims. I had to pay full bill upfront.My reimbursement from ins only comes when they send bill.
