I received a $30 bill out of the blue saying I missed an appt but I have had an contact with this facility since last year! I haven’t set an appt nor confirmed an old appointments any time this year yet they are trying charge me. This is March 2021 and know for a fact that I haven’t talk to anyone at this office all year to set up or confirm an appointments. I wouldn’t recommend this office at all!

Had an issue where I missed appts due to Medicaid transportation and they will not accept me back as a patient. They were rude when I called and I asked to speak to someone else to plead my case but the receptionist just kept saying sorry
