Poorly run office continues! Dont go.
Dr Kozik is super great. I’m a physician and love him but…But the office is a disaster. Won’t call you back. Insurance issues. Literally we went there for convenience to our home for few years. and I’ll tell you I would advise you to save yourself pain and suffering of dealing with this Office!!!

First dentist my kids enjoyed going to! Dr. Kozik is so great with the kids. We will be making this our regular office.
