Dr. Lotakis is RUDE. I came from Monroe DOC office to Charlotte DOC office where he works and one of the first things he told me was: You can go back to the dentist in Monroe office” just because I was asking a lot of questions about one tooth I was concerned about. He would interrupt me while I was asking questions.He definitely didn’t care if he lost me as a patient. He obviously lacks customer service skills. He actually made me cried because of how upset I was.

I went him in 2015 never went back cause i was in so much pain and i thought he extracted both teeth from left side and he didnt but what he did do was leave a pieces of file or equipment in my mouth and a new oral surgeon had to remove it cause i still had be having pain over the years but do to a obgyn almost killed me my toothache had to come last but he really mishandled the whole situation even in his notes. God bless me to get all my proof before it disappeared

I love coming to see Dr. Lotakis, he always helps me out however he can. He tells me the truth and plans for long term. I've never trusted a dentist more than him, I now know how to really take care of my teeth.

Dr. Lotakis has no bedside manner. Very rude and arrogant. Pulled my tooth unnecessarily because I was a medicaid patient. Told me I needed dentures.So glad I got a second opinion. I'm so glad I got a bank loan. Was able to save my natural teeth.
As I cried and weeped in his chair. He said what's the big deal. It's just a tooth. This guy has no bedside manner. Run Fast. I felt he looked down on me .
