I shared specific details about my personal posture & WHY it affects my bite & jaw, & he Egotistically Barked that it has NOTHING 2 do wit my teeth..... when u can Google for YOURSELF: does poor posture affect your teeth?? & u WILL SEE that IT IN FACT DOES!!! It's NOT COOL 2 experience PAIN & DISCOMFORT & 4 a Socalled doctor 2 ACT LIKE THEIR MORE FRUSTRATED & baSICKly BRUSH U OFF; THAN THE 1 DEALING WIT THE ACTUAL PAIN!!!! It's been 5yrs TOTAL AFTER INVISALigners of having braces..... & STUCK wit NO URGENCY from him moving to Va. 2 HELP my situation & for the last 6 months ONLY having me wear rubber bands, instead of NO ADJUSTMENTS I NEED; & left to his Arrogance & Bias towards ME!!!! He's somehow BLOCKED REVIEWS ON GOGLE & hv it APPEAR he's a Great 5 STAR RATING...... because NO 1 can Add their review!!! I received a Brand New Night Guard 2 wear from him.... but SOON as it arrived, he sanded the Right Side DOWN Completely; if my jaw tends 2 Veer 2 the Right ALREADY....

Everyone in the office of Lupi Orthodontics are very friendly and so helpful. It's a pleasant place to be in. I feel very comfortable with my child receiving care there.

I have been helped greatly by the expertise of my Orthodontist, Dr. James Lupi. One of the reasons I went to Dr. Lupi, was because I was constantly biting my cheeks and the inside of my lips when I ate, and it was very painful. I had issues with both crowded teeth and misalignment. I am so glad I chose Dr. Lupi! He came up with a plan that would ultimately deal with this painful issue, and straighten out my teeth as well! He is an expert at what he does. He and his friendly and knowledgeable staff have done an excellent job! His staff has done everything possible to be flexible with my appointments due to medical issues I have had. I even received a Get Well card with written notes from Dr. Lupi and his staff when I was going through a difficult medical issue! I heartily recommend Dr. James Lupi and his staff to you!

Everyone is very caring and kind at the office. Mrs. Kim went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable with everything before he left.

Exceptional staff. Always on time and very prompt to respond emails or calls. My experience has just been great. I’m at the very end of my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results!

Very attentive orthodontist who makes his patients concerns his concerns! Dr. Lupi and his team are completely invested in assuring his patients his practice is there to serve them. I called with a concern and every effort was made to put my mind at ease that all was well by getting us into the office for an inspection by Dr. Lupi. Indeed, all was well but the lengths Dr. Lupi and his team went through to assure me ( of what they knew to be ok all along lol) everything was progressing properly speaks volumes about his character. He could have just assured me over the phone but instead he made time within his schedule to see me in person. This practice has my respect and my admiration. We were referred by a former patient and I couldn’t be more thankful for her recommendation!

My daughter even though is getting her braces tightens still comes out of the office laughing and smiling about her experience. Everyone that she interacts with is in high spirits and manages to make visits low anxiety and accommodating.

Sept 2020: This was out 1st visit and everything was great. We got in on time, everybody was nice and inviting. The tech kept us informed...and kept my son comfortable. Dr Lupi was great as well....gentle and kept my son at ease.

We love Dr. Lupi and staff. My daughter suffers from TMJ and he has been the only doctor who can identify her issue and resolve. His staff is likewise just as excellent, very quick to get her in to be seen for issues to be resolved...
