Nice Dentist, Billing and Communication is a Mess
Dr. James is super nice and personable, makes the kids feel comfortable and is quick and efficient. The office staff could use some help. They didn’t send the correct information to my insurance for orthodontics and then I was waiting and waiting for approval and finally I called for an update 2 months later and they said, oh we no longer accept your insurance we sent out letters. I never received a letter. No apology. My insurance didn’t pay the bills because they filed it under a female dentist who my children never saw and who isn’t covered, now I keep getting bills and they just tell me to disregard. Please fix it! I find the staff to be rude and uncaring on the phone. They do not care about losing patients.

Very knowledge. Explained all the treatment and answered every question I had with patience. Dr. Owens does not make us feel like a number in his practice but more like family. If you are not taking your kids here, you should be!

Dr. James and his staff are the most caring and kind people I have ever met, I wouldn't trust any other dentist with my kids!

Love Owens and his son. Staff is ok. Issues with billing. They can't get straight. Charged diffrent than what quoted. Beside that they work with . great dentist.

Dr Owens is so great with my kiddos!! Very patient and kind. He explains everything to you until you understand exactly what is going on. Highly recommend him for anyone that has kids!
