Dr Phillips and Elsie are wonderful. I've always had an extreme fear of the dentist, falsely believing I'd need to be knocked out for any procedure, but I've found that Dr Phillips puts enough care into his patients that I am alright without! They're more practical and caring than any other dentist I've visited. They also do an awesome job caring for my daughters teeth!
