I called and asked and double checked if they took my insurance. They said they did. I have a broken tooth and some cavities. I went in he took pictures and X-rays and made another appointment for a "consultation". its two weeks later I go in and then he pushes his hard sell , saying the costs shouldn't matter, bla bla, bla. we can do bridges and implants.... I said hey I called and your office told me you take my insurance. They don't. It's a good thing I didn't start any work.
They said my insurance pays 100% and will reimburse me. I called and they will reimburse what they would pay. Thats two wildly different costs. I would not trust this guy.
