Dr. James Ryerson, DMD

Over the top and unnecessary pretending to care mostly from front staff. Front office staff rude and uncaring. Putting you on hold and having someone else to take over the call. However, the next person to come on the line does the exact same thing. Finally, the third person gets all defensive snapping that she's been a dental assistant for 30 years. All over a simple question I asked about my dental issue and concern over possible infection. God forbid you get a prescription for pain then the hostility really ramps up. I mean who does a extraction and never offers pain medication to get you over the few days post procedures? This front office staff is unprofessional and the sole reason for the one star rating. The doctors are good dentists, but their staff really needs to be replaced.

Dr Ryerson is a superb dentist! He has done an excellent job on my teeth. He is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! I recommend him without reservation. Additionally, his staff is superb! The Shoals area is very fortunate to have him!

I would like to say how wonderful Dr Ryerson and his staff is , they do incredible work . They are so caring and compassionate about taking care of the individuals needs .

Dr. Ryerson has been my dentist since 1984. I have always been very satisfied with his work and the work of his assistants. His office always uses the most updated equipped and methods. He and his staff are always kind and caring.

Dr. Ryerson and his lovely staff are always so inviting and knowledgable. I always feel like I am in good hands. Also, they never push any treatments on me. All decisions are made in an understanding, and non-manipulative environment. Because of these, and several other reasons, I never feel afraid or pressured anymore at the dentist. I look forward to to going.
