Dr. Janie Boyesen, DDS

From the dr to the receptionist they were patronizing, dismissive, accusatory, insensitive, can’t communicate, can’t fix a couple thousand dollar mistake because “it’s hard”……. Just awful.

So many inconsistencies. No calls back. Hard to get an reply to email. Given revised pricing two days ago due to changing to local anesthetic. Get there today and they revise tell me they are not going to honor the price from two days ago and try to charge me $900 more. These folks don't reply to emails, calls, and give contradicting information about the options and procedure. Do not go here. They don't care about you.

Dr Boyesen did a Graft on my lower gum. MY dentist said the post procedure was like burning the top of your mouth with pizza but 10 times worse. She was humming while doing the procedure. It took a little over the an hour. I always say I have to write a review, but something comes up and I forget. I’ll be better. Dr Boyesen and all her people are wonderful. They called the next day to ask how I was. I had very little pain. I think there are good dentist and Great dentist. She’s a great dentist Sorry for taking so long writing,but my teeth have given me a lot of pain and I got lucky meeting her.

I was referred to Dr. Boyesen by our pediatric dentist, Dr. Michael Townsend with Castle Rock Kids' Dentistry. I was very pleased with her diagnosis and care of my 9 year old twin daughters. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was really impressed how Dr. Boyesen showed the girls the plaque and bacteria count under a microscope. It really made an impression on my girls. Now they want to brush their teeth all the time.
