As a long time loyal patient of Dr Pell 12 + years I find the care I have received in the past year has gone downhill The last two visits He sold me $800 kit that he said I had to pay for out of pocket and said insurance could not be filed The last visit was for a cracked tooth He replaced the filling Tooth is still cracked He cant keep quality help New faces every 6 months Time for me to find a new dentist Have to ??? all the 5 star reviews Can he fix the numbers

Everyone in the office makes you feel like family! From the girls up front with their warm welcome, to everyone in the back making your experience the best! I love the doctors too, they are always happy to see me! Best dental office ever!

I want to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Pell for keeping his word and doing everything possible to make things right! A few months ago I was having a difficulty time with a root canal and felt that I wasn’t receiving proper care. As soon as it was brought to Dr. Pell’s attention he personally reached out to me and offered his support and services. He reassured me that he would repair the root canal and do everything possible to save my tooth. Once he realized the severity of my concerns and saw that I was suffering, he took every step to make things right and reassured me that he would do his best to make me pain free. He personally checked on me each and every day during the first week of my treatment and at least weekly until I reassured him that I felt better. Its’ too early for me to know if I am 100% pain free, regardless, I didn’t want another day to pass without letting Dr. Pell and Brandi know that I am thankful to you both for making me feel comfortable, taking a p

Went for my 6 month cleaning again and it was wonderful and painless as always. Dr. Pell and his hygienists were wonderful and listened to my concerns. Highly reccomended!

He filled in 3 cavities and normally I'm nervous of the dentist but when he started he let me take breaks when my jaw was hurting (which I liked a lot) so it helped me feel comfortable and not as nervous.

I have been with Dr Pell for many years I highly recommend him. He has a gentle way of making you feel at ease with any procedure you need done. Dottie is so helpful , she goes above and beyond to help and is always a friendly face i enjoy to see each visit.
