Rather than interact with patients, he will leave personal interaction to the other staff members. After 2 months of going back and forth to the office due to ill-fitting dentures, I returned the dentures and requested return of $1000 of the $1710 to be paid within 5 days. When I didn't receive the $1000 until 2 weeks later I advised they hadn't honored my request in a timely manner so I was demanding a full refund of $1710. They refused with the response that they'd paid the $1000 that I'd requested!!! I'm a 76 year old out of $710!!! He's hardly an example of a compassionate, ethical health provider.

I would highly recommend Dr Hackney and his staff at affordable dentures Tampa. From my experience with the staff at the front desk, to the initial visit and consultation, I never had any doubt that I made an excellent decision. I realize that this is a process having the mini implants. My procedure yesterday was flawless. I was very comfortable during the procedure. I have been offered affordable dental care in which I am grateful. Dr Hackney and his staff have enabled me to smile again

I walked in Monday after phoning this dentist at least a dozen times with no answer. I was in need of an extraction, lower right wisdom. The advertised price for a complex extraction was 155. I was informed that the cost is 275 and to receive the new patient offer of a free xray and consult I would have to return on Wednesday. The extraction took less than one minute, certainly qualified for the lowest of their two advertised prices. Instead they tried to charge me 380..... Never met Hackney.
