I used this Dentist and he billed the wrong insurance company. His mistake as I updated information the day of visit. Then he sent a letter to my employer violating federal laws of privacy discussing confidential medical information.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance, drove two hundred miles, was taken in for exam and was advised the doctor was not in that day and nothing could be done for me, and then was charged fifty dollars office visit. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING ATTITUDE!
