Dr. Jason Gordon, DDS

My experiences with West Valley Stonehaven Dental and Jason Gordon have been disappointing and painful . I have encountered a series of unfavorable circumstances, with the most recent being particularly absurd. During a recent dental examination, the dentist recommended two crowns, had to skip the cleaning due to time limitations, and still charged my insurance for it. At the initial appointment in August, we proceeded with two fillings and ordered the crowns. However, it was later discovered that one of the crowns was replaced prematurely, resulting in an additional expense. Despite my dissatisfaction with the poorly fitting crown, the dentist dismissed my concerns, resulting in the crown falling out just 10 minutes after the appointment. Subsequent visits for temporary crown placements were plagued by further issues, including two dislodged temporary crowns and additional costs not covered by insurance.
