Dr. Jason Sherrell, DMD

We had a great experience. Dr. Sherrell communicated with us several days prior and on the day of my daughters procedure. He was more than sincere and understanding of her fear of needles and eased her mind. I’m so glad we had Dr. Sherrell there. He said we could even contact him after the dentist’s office closes in case I had any questions or concerns. My daughter does not remember a thing. Thank you for helping her through this uncomfortable procedure!!!!

Jason Sherrell was Scheduled to Perform General Anesthesia on my 7 yr old daughter on a Monday. 3 Days Prior I called him to let him know that my daughter had a cough and a head cold. He told me that I should just give her Benadryl which I did. Sunday night I had to send him a message stating that my daughter had not improved. His written text message back to me was that her cold was “a definite red flag” for him and that he “recommends she be 1-2 weeks symptom free before the surgery”. Wait a Minute!? Two days prior to that on Friday all she needed was Benadryl and now it’s 1-2 weeks prior to surgery she should be symptom free?! So we had to cancel the surgery for Monday. He intentionally misadvised me so that he could keep my $900 deposit! I’m still fighting with him now to get my deposit back. Had he advised me correctly and told me on Friday that we would need to reschedule until she was healthy I would have been within the grace period to cancel. This was a Shameful, dangerous act
