I have been through so many issues with this office. My daughter went in for a filling and now has to have a root canal because the dentist drilled too much tooth down and placed the filling on top of a nerve and now she has to deal with tooth pain. I have to have root canals redone because they didnt do them right the first time.

In addition to the exceptionally long wait for my implant to arrive, I was treated very poorly by the dentist. Staff tried to make someone else’s abutment fit into my mouth by cutting away at my gums, then realized that it wasn’t mine. I tried to make follow up appointments due to pain and lack of healing, but the office refused to return calls. Then the office tried to bill meagain for the implant, but my insurance had paid the previous dentist for the procedure before he retired. I believe that is why I was treated poorly, given less than adequate care and why they refused to see my family of four for cleanings. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Operated knowing I had an infection on both my sister and I and we both are currently septic.

They have done anything and everything I've asked to have done. They've opened the office at times its been closed to take care of issues with my teeth! I've had several root canals done at this office and experienced Zero Pain during the procedures. The only downside is they DONT return messages that are left after hours, no after hours emergency phone number, and scheduling is a nightmare! Need better office staff(ie: scheduler, office manager, and secretary)

I have been trying to get hold of the office all week. All you get is a runaround. You have to press 1 or 2 for new or existing patient, but there's no point because you just get put on hold. The automated system tells you how important your call is, but ultimately you end up having to leave a message and hope they return your call. All week, they have not. On one visit, they had to x-ray my teeth five times because the girl couldn't get the x-rays done correctly. The last time I had to go back again for the same thing. It's 40 miles one way from where I live to get there, so I had to do 160 miles total just for x-rays, only to be told that the tooth in question has a calcified abscess which they are not equipped to work on. They don't bother giving you any reference to someone who CAN, they just tell you that you're on your own, but that they'll give a referral once you find a place. Speaking of which, one of the reasons I've been trying to get hold of Dr. Singh's office is was to GET a referral. That and to get them to fill out a form for medical transportation. How many messages do you need to send to get them to A). Answer your call, and B). Do their job? Then, on two separate teeth I was told that they became abscessed because they were "too close together". I got a se opinion on that, and a decidedly different diagnosis. DentaQuest continually refused crowns for my broken teeth, and Dr. Singh's people just let it happen until one of those teeth broke further. NOW they're telling me that that tooth might not be able to be saved due to the damage, but the damage was what they'd hoped for to "Prove that the teeth need crowns". Since I'm not a game of Operation, I not only have a problem with all of this, but I resent it mightily. I'm subjected to the worst dental insurance and subsequently the worst dental care because I have to carry my own insurance. I have to do that because I'm on Worker's Comp. I'm on Worker's Comp because I got hurt on the job through no fault of my own. Now I feel that I'm being unjustly punished for that, just because someone else has to have a McMansion and all the money. And that's what you get when you're regarded as a liability due to not being able to work.

My experience with session I for an implant prepartion, removal of broken tooth and root canal was almost pleasant! Absolutely pain free! procedure took 45 minutes. Doctor R. Singh and Nurse Asst were on task, professional, and friendly. There was no pain following appointment or during the week following! Healing is going well. Thank You!
