Dr. Jayashree Ramakrishnan, DDS

Dr. Jay took care of me about a year and a half ago. After a lot of crises in my life I call to resume my dental work. It was like I was there just a week ago. They all were wonderful! At 78 I've seen many a dentist and I have to say their staff are the friendliest and Dr Jay is amazing. Never pushing everything. As we walked out, this young fellow entered the elevator with us and he even praised everyone there. He said he had been to different dentist and all they wanted to do is pull his teeth. He said it was his third or fourth visit. They saved his teeth. Once I'm finished my husband will be seeing Dr. Jay.

***Please be aware and execute caution before visiting this office. I was assaulted by one of the office staff there, I believe her name is Jessica, who purposely jabbed me in my throat more than once with a suction tool. Then when telling the Dr. Rem what happened, was rushed out and had a procedure finished improperly in my mouth. Also, weeks later receive a letter from the dentist to no longer visit the practice again in the future. They are very unprofessional there and spiteful. Please be aware and find another practice to go to if you want to be safe and have proper work performed***

Horrible Scheduler. Rude Doctor. Made me wait for 25 minutes outside the office. Doctor disappeared with her assistants for lunch even though they scheduled my appointment at 1 pm. On arrival, doctor was not professional nor apologetic. Scheduler and assistant were rude & didn't care about messing up the schedule. Assistant tells me - she's got low tolerance for people. Horrible experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND
