I know it sounds strange, but going to New World Dentistry is always a pleasant experience for me. Everyone is friendly and professional and they do their best to make me comfortable.

I have been coming to Dr Kalu for several years now. Her and her staff are always warm, friendly and professional.

The cleaning I had consisted of the backs only of my teeth being scraped for less than 10 minutes. The fronts of my teeth were never cleaned, only polished.The dentist recemented a crown that had come loose, not only did she cut my mouth in multiple areas with the drill, she used so much cement that my other molars don't close/touch and my bite is altered. Horrible experience.

State of the Art technology used to facilitate a comfortable visit. Clear explanations for any treatments accomplished. Clear layman answers to all questions asked. Genuinely pleasant and professional office atmosphere and staff. AND, all in a timely manner. WOW, I love New World Dentistry.

I was quite apprehensive about some dental work I needed, to the point where I cancelled an appointment and reschedule a few weeks later. I’ve never had an experience that made me feel so at peace with dental work. The method that she used to administer anesthesia was incredible. Outstanding service.

I highly recommend Dr. Kalu to everyone. The office is run professionally. Everyone is polite and informative. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Kalu for a few years now, and always receive excellent care. Dr. Kalu is patient and understanding of patients fears and concerns, and very knowledgeable about her field. The office is located in the Willows Crossing division, next to Publix, BP, etc, so there is plenty of parking available. You can get groceries, gas up your car, get your hair and nails done, grab coffee, and have lunch within steps of the office. It's super convenient. Great doctor. Great location.

BUYER BEWARE! First let me say I am not normally one to post reviews. However, with the lack of professionalism from the practice and the poor standard of care from the dentist that my daughter and I experienced I feel it is my duty to warn future patients. With that said let me start by saying something kind. The reception area is nice and it was not difficult to get an appointment. Our story – my daughter was a new patient and her first appointment was for a cleaning, which was very messy and not thorough (water on her face and clothes and took only 30 minutes). We spoke with the dentist regarding a dental plan to replace a current cap and put a veneer on another tooth that had been damaged earlier this year. Not being a dentist and not knowing what to ask, I was depending on the expertise of the provider. The communication coming out of this practice is EXTREMELY POOR. The dentist did not explain the process and or manage expectations well, and only answered questions

It was a costly mistake for such important work. We were told that the work for the actual service - the temporary veneer and cap - would be a 2 hour appointment. The actual time was 5 HOURS! Another procedure done and another great experience! I had two of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday and the procedure went with ease. Took a little over an hour and everything went great. Better than I was expecting for sure. Here it is the next day and everything seems to be right on track. ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? thanks again! You gals rock!

They truly try to get you scheduled as soon as possible. They explained each step before the process. The Dr was very informative about my options. The office is comfortable and inviting. The staff is very nice.

Worst dental visit ever. Wasn't numb enough so I felt the whole extraction. Asked for better pain meds and wasn't given a script for two days after. Was told if I came at 3:45 I could pick it up. Left work early and showed up and they were closed even though they say they close at 5. Am not getting any calls back so I wont be able to get script till Thursday. (Got the extraction on saturday) charged me 711$ for extraction. Complete robbery and disregard for patient I'm sick with pain and anger after my visit would never reccomend them to anyone

Professional dental office. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was very comfortable and gentle during my son's visit. Everything was explained thoroughly. Very kid friendly environment. Beautiful office decor. We recommend everyone to visit. Thank you Dr. Codjoe
