Love Dr Martin-admin was terrible
The appt was for 0830, we arrived 0815. Everyone who was LATE was seen before us. I expressed my feelings to the admin staff after 0900 she told me they were running behind, I then told her she should have told me that when I walked in with 4 kids. Long story short we were seen at 0945 just to be told they could see only 2 of my children could be seen because of an error on their end. I've seen Dr Martin for 15yrs...never again!

We travel out of state from North Carolina to Chesapeake, Virginia just to receive Dr. Martin’s outstanding pediatric dental services! He is always friendly, positive, and professional. He and his staff effectively calm children who are anxious. We highly recommend Dr. Martin and his staff in Chesapeake for pediatric dental hygiene.

If I could leave 0 stars I would this has got to be the most unprofessional office I have ever been to in my entire life. I had a 3 appointment and was taken to the back at 3:30 to sit in a room for another 30 minuets for someone to come in and take pictures and say have a great day well call you in 6-8 weeks for the orthodontics. I wasn’t even there for orthodontics thank you for wasting my time.

Love Dr. Martin. Admin staff, not so much. i am going to leave the practice after over 10 years. I'm sick of their incompetence! New owner needs to address these issues before they lose more business.
