Dr. Jean McGill, DDS

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! If your insurance is not in network with them steer clear of McGill Orthodontics. McGill recommended a pallet expander on my child. Paid out of pocket $3,000. When insurance asked for documentation to prove why the amount was what it was, they could not provide it at first. First they tried to say it was 12 months of treatment and they don't bill by visits. When insurance found out that my daughter was only seen 4 times they said absolutely not. Who could blame them? It was $600 for the appliance and then $200 for 12 months (12 visits). At the rate of only 4 visits, that's $600 a visit! So what did McGill do, they submitted non existing visits!! Luckily the insurance doesn't mind the fact that they are doing this. They just want me to get my money back. My daughter is allowed $4300 for a lifetime. They've now eaten $3000 of that for phase 1 so now when phase 2 comes along of the actual braces, we won't have barely any money to use towards it. This place is A SCAM.

I love her, her staff are so friendly, kind. They are awesome. We were a transfer from another city and we were very pleased with her. Our daughter her teeth are like a Hollywood stars. Keep it up Dr. Mc Gill.

dr. McGill is one of the worst doctors I have come into contact with in my life. She's impersonal and treats every client the same like a number. I am not a child but I believe she gets so much children into her office that she treats everyone the same lik a child. She never listened to what I wanted and the first visit she buttered me up with a bunch of free stuff and every visit after it was more money. She tried to have my retainers on for over a year when it was only supposed to be 6 months.
