Dr. Jeffrey Backer, DDS

Awful, awful chair side manner. Very rude, condescending, and unempathetic. I arrived at his office with a pain level rated at 7/8. Although he assessed my pain level, he did nothing to alleviate the pain. He kept poking and poking around without applying topical aneasthetic cream. I asked him to apply some and he said he continued to poke and never applied it. When he asked me what was wrong I told him that I was in excruciating pain from tooth 31. He said, “I don’t know numbers, just point”

I have been a patient of Dr. Backer for many years. My experience has been wonderful! Dr Backer is precise and honest. He has always explained in detail every procedure he has performed on me. I have had root canals and crowns done. I just had an implant and it was a pain free and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Backer and am confident you will be pleased to have him work with you. I can’t say enough positive things! A real pleasure to know.

Bad experience and my tooth was wrecked by the boss.. consistent rip off $$ despite double insurance, avoid if you can.

I would not recommend Dr. Backer to anyone. He mishandled my son's wisdom tooth extraction and hid behind paperwork after it happened.

I would recommend Dr. Backer to everyone. Best place ever to get a crown , it happens all in one day , they make your tooth right there absolutely no pain ,not even when you get the shot for numbing your tooth. If you need a dentist definitely see Dr. Becker

The best dentist ever. He runs a tight ship & it's immediately apparent that he really knows what he's doing. Whatever he has to do, I have complete confidence that he's going to do it right & would trust him with my life. He's a complete perfectionist, as detailed as the most detailed engineer, & if you have a problem later but don't tell him about it until your next appointment, he doesn't like that at all! I wish I could give him 10 stars. Be on time for your appointment!

ALWAYS on time, even when I have been late. Very exacting and expects same of his staff. Will tell you that a call to him anytime there is a problem is expected and the only thing that will upset him is if you do not call.
