Very unprofessional, I turned up for my appointment and was told that he had something else to do, then I was told it was my fault. All he had to do was call me to reschedule, instead I was told on arrival that he was busy - I have never been treated this way before by a dentist and cannot believe the poor communication and terrible customer service.
