Dr. Jeffrey Clark, DMD

I have a 'dental help plan',Careington', which I was told they accept, before I made my 1st appointment. I was overcharged (charged more than the agreed amount for that CPT code, according to the Careington fee schedule). I filed a complaint with Careington and they agreed I was overcharged, and they contacted the dental office, and I was told they agreed with Careington, and would reimburse for overcharge. They told me who the contact person at that office was, that they spoke with, and told me to call her. I called that person, and she told me they would not reimburse me.

Took my grandson to see Dr. Clark for a badly infected tooth that had him crying in pain. The dentist refused to give pain medication but put him through a full cleaning. Then when they tried to refer him to an oral surgeon almost 50 miles away, and I said I would find one in the town we lived in, they were rude saying I could go wherever I chose. Then they refused to send a referral to the surgeon we chose causing our appointment to be cancelled. They accused the surgeons staff of being rude. Then they even refused to send his x-rays to the surgeon making it necessary to take more. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to these people! There needs to be a minus 5 stars for these people.
