We are new to the area & found Dr. Cohen by asking folks. All recommended this dentist highly! Our experience with him & hygienist was great: professional, kind, gentle. However, we found front desk staff to be awful, & we are wondering if others find the 2 women the same? No one greeted us when we arrived. Had to go up to desk & introduce myself. The woman seemed annoyed. She had been in an on-going gossipy conversation, which everyone heard. No effort was made to schedule 6 mn ck-up afterward.

This "family" dentist drilled on my daughter's tooth without anesthesia causing her immense pain. He then stopped and recommended going to a different dentist leaving her with a hole in her tooth. Stay away!
