Poor Patient Support
They only offer titanium implants. I have a sensitivity to metals so now I need to look for another dentist to place a zirconia implant. I had a very difficult experience transfering my records from his office. I know they are probably disappointed to lose my business, but you can't treat patients this way. Now I have a claim they originally said they 'wrote off' submitted to my insurance because they're so bitter about the interaction. Be wary of Dedicated Dental in Poughkeepsie.

Finding a dentist you feel comfortable with is not easy, which is why I'm very fortunate to have found Dr. Kay. I had been very self-conscious of my smile for too long and was very apprehensive of the work I wanted done. Dr. Kay listened and spent time consulting with me and working out the best plan needed untiI I felt comfortable to go ahead with the work. He is professional, trustworthy, and immediately puts his patients at ease. I am thrilled with the results and my new smile!

Great dentist! extremely friendly and well spoken. Gives you his full attention and makes you feel like VIP. I was very relaxed and very comfortable through every procedure. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and Dr. Kay exceeded my expectations each visit. Recommend him 100%

I have had a number of dentists (due to frequent moves) and I can honestly say Dr. Kay is exactly what I have always wanted in a dentist. He is caring, gentle and talented. I happen to ask a lot of questions (which some dentists have gotten annoyed with me about) but Dr. Kay is so patient and takes the time to explain in detail the procedures for my treatment and the necessary steps. I dont often use these reviewing sites, but I wanted to share how great I think he is! Also, he's very handsome!
