Not upfront with his procedures & fees. His office & equip. are outdated. Does not cover his face during exams. He was going to install a partial in my husband's mouth using decayed teeth for anchors. He took all insur. benefits ($840) and ($570) of our money for a cleaning, bite-wing x-rays, exam, and impressions for a partial. We chose not to finish the partial due to charging that didn't match my numbers, said he'd send detailed acctg., never did. Now in collections! Be very careful!

This dentist has a very out-dated office that charges exorbitant fees for minimal service. With no xrays and no polishing, he expected $199 and did not tell me up-front. Upfront, he agreed to accept $39. When I refused to pay the shyster, he sent me to a collection agency which bullied me into paying $199 for 10 minutes in a dental chair with backwards equipment. I should bring up charges, as I have proof, but I don't have the time or energy. Run the other way.

I have never seen a dentist that: A- didn't use a mask to cover his face during exam, B- didn't have sterile utensils (why weren't they individually wrapped before exam) C- no sterile exam chair. I would think OSHA requires dentists to comply with these protocols. Every dentist I have been to has everything covered! Disgusted!
