Dr. Mason is very rude and condescending. He pushea for unnecessary work just to makr a profit. He is very arrogant and all about greedily making extra money at the expense of ruining your teeth. Consumer beware. Some of these reviews sound good but just know that the only patients he treats "better" are the ones with the BIG BUCKS and potential to lace his pockets. His bedside manner is horrific.

I was recommended to Dr. Mason to assist an oral surgeon in a dental implant procedure called a All-On-4. In other words, my entire uppers were being replaced with one bridge of eleven teeth and four implants. Dr. Mason exuded expertise and confidence from our very first meet. His attention to detail and taking the time to explain everything he does is comforting. And interesting. Over the months it took I never once left the office not feeling great about the progress. Kudos to his staff!

I went in as a new pt for a cleaning, had X-rays taken, during this the hygienist had to move her car! I've had previous jaw surgery, which caused trauma to a tooth root and bone. Dr. Mason came in, seeming bothered by my situation, making me feel worse b/c I didn't know/feel that this problem occurred. I've been through major traumas, and w/o knowing that b/c he never asked about my history, wouldn't have known my tolerance for pain. He discussed cost, and I knew I had to find another doctor.

Dr. Mason and Dr. Perlmutter are the best dentists we have ever been to. I went to Dr. Perlmutter with an emergency and ended up needing a root canal. It was done painless and Dr. Perlmutter answered all questions I had regarding the procedure. He made me feel very comfortable during the procedure and I had no pain at all. The office staff is so pleasant and the Office Manager Robin is excellent and excels in her position. Thank you for all of your support during this procedure.

I visited Dr. Mason's office for a cleaning and evaluation. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Robin and Joanne were so nice and helpful. They really went above and beyond to give me a great experience. Biliana, the dental assistant, was also wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very knowledgable. When I met Dr. Mason he was very nice and informative. He really made visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience. I am looking forward to my next visit.

He is extremely aggressive with his treatments. Constantly pushing for unnecessary crowns (confirmed by second and third opinions). He caused damage to a tooth with an explorer tool for no reason other than to separate the filling from the tooth, then declared that I now need a "non-elective" crown. This opened me up for further decay and infection. The before and after x-rays clearly show the damage. His cleanings are also extremely aggressive damaging enamel. I would not recommend him.

Very unhappy with both staff and Dr Mason.Had an appointment to have a cap put on one of my teeth. Got there and waited around 25 minutes. Was called in the office and told my insurance co. did not confirm the procedure yet. The office knew this but did not let me know. Let me spend over an hour there after 6PM and told me when I was in the chair. Wanted to do another procedure but I said not until this one was taken care of. Said would call me the next day and after 1 week I had to call them.
