This entire office is excellent to deal with. Very professional and friendly from the reception office to the chair.

Not recommended if an appointment is missed.
Base charge for no show is $45 in lieu of $25 anywhere else when appointment is auto-scheduled 6 months in advance and missed.
\
So, if your in the hospital and missed the appointment, these folks will ding you. Obviously, money is more important than patients.
Please check out alternative dental practitioners with more experience and understanding in the fort wayne area.

Could be a good dentistry unless you're a new customer and something comes up to where you can't make the appointment bc of an emergency.....bc if that happens you are put on a lifetime ban from recieving service from this dentist! Never heard of such a thing and what a huge disappointment! Not a good way to conduct business and will not recommend.

Having worked in the dental field for over 20 years my expectations are quite high. Dr. Shambaugh and his staff have or exceeded those. Knowledge, comfort, respect, availability are some of the high points of this office. I highly recommend this office.

He is an excellent dentist and his hygentists are very thorough. He is very helpful when emergencies occur. Would highly recommend him. Many of my family and friends have him as their dentist.
