From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands. The tech's are gentle and always reassuring if you are uncomfortable. I felt I was informed all along the way as to what was being done. The staff was always quick to help me get an appointment when needed. I'm an older patient, I am 66 and so I wasn't sure how I would feel about having braces. The Invisalign was perfect for me, and I was never embarrassed wearing them. My teeth had some challenges, but I am very happy with the results.

Dr Thompson has a new toy called a 64 slice CT Scanner --it does what an X-Ray does, albeit a little better-- but Dr Thompson will dazzle / dazzle potential customers when he wants to try to sell braces. (We did not buy from him, nor would we ever) When he used it, he told me that there would be a $160 difference between what our CIGNA (well understood by dentist) insurance would pay. . . I RELUCTANTLY paid it. I would have never paid the REAL price of $380 I was then blindside by a bill
