Dr. Jeffrey Toler, DDS

Without a doubt, he was the worst dentist I have been to in my life at 50 years. He refused to do my biannual routine dental cleaning unless he took my blood pressure. After his exam, his office manager tried to get me to pay a deductible of $50 for a preventative cleaning which is covered by my insurance. (I called insurance company and verified.) When I refused to pay, I texted my wife who was in the waiting area for her appointment. She offered to call insurance company to verify benefit. The front desk refused to talk to insurance company so she cancelled her appointment. This dentist came back in the room and informed me that since my wife cancelled, and I wanted to involve the insurance company, I would not be treated. He asked me to leave.

Dr. Toler was amazing. I went in for a crown that was started at another practice where my pain levels were not taken seriously. Dr. Toler tested the sensitivity of the tooth and asked me several questions before coming up with a treatment plan. He then went over the plan with me and we proceeded forward. After numbing me for the crown, he tested the sensitivity again several times (to ensure the numbing meds worked as they didn’t work correctly/enough at the other practice). I got a same day crown and felt reassured throughout. I would recommend him to anyone!!
