Dr. Varner has the worst bedside manner I have experienced in years. I had two root canals done recently & they both needed crowns. The tech began casting the wrong tooth, which I addressed and asked for clarification on. She had limited answers so I asked to speak to the dentist. In enters Dr. Varner and arrogantly the first words out of his mouth are "whats your problem." I explain to him the situation and that I thought we were doing the crown for the first root canal first. His demeanor continues to decline and accuses me of being defensive while I explain I am simply confused and frustrated with the misunderstandings about my treatment plan. Dr. Varner then tells me he "isn't my guy" and he won't work on me, but would see if the other doctor would. To have a medical professional refuse to perform a procedure I already paid for because I asked for clarification regarding a clerical error is absurd; I got a refund and left after overhearing him call me difficult to the other doctor.
