had a cleaning a done and was told I had 4 cavities that needed filled. my teeth haven't been right since having them filled. never had this issue with any other fillings. when in to have her look at them and was told there was nothing wrong with them even though I could not bite down or chew properly. was told it's the ligament around the tooth and it needed to heal. fast forward 3 mos and still not right. called a couple times and left msgs and could never get a call back. ended up going to another dentist who could clearly see there was an issue with the fillings. he temporarily fixed the one for the most part but it's still not all the way right and can't chew properly. my next appt with my new dentist he is going to redo all the fillings she did. part of me wonders if I even had these cavities to begin with? never again...please find another dentist and stay away. I never write reviews but I have never had this much of an issue with a dentist or with my teeth

She is the worst medical professional I have ever met. Canceled my appointments several times due to family emergencies. Fails to phone in prescritions needed. I could go on but suggest you stay away.

Horrible. Don’t waste your time.. Had an appointment today for our daughter. They thought it was my husband even though we clearly said it was for her when we scheduled. Get all the way inside to fill out paperwork only to find out the Dr. had an emergency and we had to reschedule. Also to find out they weren’t sure if the dentist could help our daughter who had a broken baby molar that needed to be pulled. Biggest waste of time. Decided to go with someone else.

Dr. Gerbasi bonded a tooth for me and within 3 days it fell apart. Dr. Hubbard was still working at the time and he fixed it for me and I haven’t had a problem since. The second time I saw her, she was supposed to replace an old filling. She looked at the tooth and said she couldn’t do it because she was afraid she would crack the tooth, and referred me to an Endo. I left the practice after this experience and found a new dentist. He was able to replace the old filling in five minutes. I have no confidence in her skills or abilities.

TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here. She is constantly closing down her practice at last minute notice which is a VERY BIG inconvenience to patients. The hygienist like to stand around the desk loudly talking for everyone to here. The old lady at the desk with the weird hair is rude. She really needs to bring in a second doctor because she obviously can't meet the needs of her patients. Try updating your office very outdated. Very poor dentist get new profession.

Dr. Gerbasi was rude and had a bad attitude.
