I went to see Dr. Key mid August of 2020. Her office was clean. Her staff very helpful and professional. Dr. Key was fantastic. No pain. The latest in equipment. Explained everything. Was efficient and thorough. They even called me the next day to check up on me. It was something I was dreading and turned into a pleasant experience. I would recommend her highly. If I was in need again I would go to her!

I go to church with Dr. Jen Key so I’m biased in one way. It's funny to like getting a root canal, but I liked being there with her and her staff.
Objectively I can tell Dr. Key and her staff are confident in the process there and the success rate. I have two business master degrees so I evaluate any system in terms of process and outcome. Yes, with endodontics the human factor is MAJOR and Dr. Key and her staff care about you. You want an endodontist who is super comfortable with those tiny root canal files and that’s what Dr. Key was born to do. It is serious when a person starts getting not only root damage but also jaw bone infection like where I was last week.
I was relieved my very valuable rear molar was saved and my crown was saved too. Don’t wait to get a root canal and go to Dr. Key because you want a vital procedure like this to go off without a hitch. Bumps on your gum by your roots are a sure sign of root damage with tooth pain are sure signs. Just go to Dr. Key.

I have been treated by Dr. Key three time and each has been as pleasant as could be expected. My most recent was yesterday 2/22/2017. Dr. Key and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, well taken care of and that all questions and concerns are addressed prior to your procedure beginning. I can't emphasize enough how meticulous the work performed is as I am a perfectionist myself and couldn't be happier.

I went to Dr. Key with two problems. I thought my mouth was falling apart. Within minutes she diagnosed them both. One she suspected to be a reaction to a new blood pressure medication. It was. As to the second problem, she said, you don't need an endodontist, you need a periodontist who does laser procedure. Sure enough, that's exactly what needed. I am so grateful because I had been struggling with the problem for over a year. I think Dr. Key is brilliant. I would highly, highly recommend her.

I was terrified at the thought of having a root canal done. I had added anxiety because I am allergic to regular Novocaine. Knowing it was my first time having a root canal, the staff was very gracious, and gentle with me. Dr. Key eased my anxiety by telling me about the procedure step by step, and giving me reassurance that even without the regular novocaine, she could still address any pain issues. She was right. The procedure went flawlessly! I was just fine, and I highly recommend her!

Not my favorite. She walks in and says, How long have your teeth been broken? This is a shock because my teeth aren't broken. Before procedure they use novacaine to numb the area. I asked her assistant if I should feel anything and she just laughed. So when Dr. Key began the procedure I was feeling pain. Dr says oh are you feeling this? Gives more novacaine which works. Then she sings along to radio and has personal convo with dental assistant the whole time. Just weird and uncomfortable.
