Dr. Jennifer Le, DMD

It took two years after my initial VA-referred consult to Wake Dental Sleep and Dr. Le for me to receive my dental appliance. The appliance I eventually received from Dr. Le's clinic causes me a great deal of pain and keeps me awake, so I requested a replacement in October 2024. I hadn't heard anything from the clinic since. I called today (Jan. 17, 2025) to follow up and they say the lab didn't receive my case and they need to follow up. I'm a 100% disabled Marine Corps veteran, and this clinic has consistently failed to make me feel like my care is a priority for them. When I raised my concerns to Dr. Le, she told me that her team doesn't have time to contact patients and that I should take greater ownership of my own health. Incredibly condescending. Absolutely disappointing behavior from ANY provider, let alone one who 'serves' veterans. I just wonder how many other veterans are waiting for timely and appropriate care from Dr. Le while her clinic continues to invoice the VA.

Thinks very highly of herself. Little compassion for patients. No one answers the phones. Doesn’t accept insurance. Cancelled my appointment with 1 hour notice. The list goes on. It feels as if she doesn’t actually want patients. Do yourself a favor and avoid her.

I am very impressed with Dr. Le and her staff. I struggled for years trying to wear a CPAP. It released air around the mask, alarm kept going off, resulting in a restless night. Dr. Jennifer Le was recommended. She is a prosthodontist and offers a dental appliance to wear during sleep. A mold is made to fit your mouth and you choose what type of appliance you want. The last appliance I chose is two pieces, one for the top and the other for the bottom. I had to replace the one I got several years ago due to dental work and it was one piece. The first night I wore the appliance, my sleep score improved from the 70's to 98. (I have a sleep number bed that records my sleep session). My sleeping has improved to the point that I feel much more rested when I arise each morning. If you have sleep apnea, I strongly recommend Dr. Le and her staff. I am so thankful I did.

Really glad I found Dr. Le's team. The sleep specialist I was going to told me that my sleep apnea was too severe to be helped by a dental device and cpap was my only option. After a few years of nightly wrestling with a CPAP machine and hose, I was fed up and went against his advice. I consulted with Dr. Le, she fitted me for a device and I haven't looked back. The bonus was I needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Le works with a high degree of efficiency with the exceptional hygenists on staff.

One of best dental experiences ever. Dr. Lee takes time to listen to her patient and she offers the best options. The staff is awesome.

I am a 75 year old man who was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I attempted to use a CPAP mask many times without success. My doctor referred me to Dr. Jennifer Le of Wake Dental Sleep Solutions. I was fitted for a dental appliance, which I wore without a problem. I was pleasantly surprised. I sleep 7 to 8 hours every night without snoring and wake up refreshed and well rested. I cannot thank Dr. Le and her staff enough.

I have experienced a difficult time in locating a dentist/dental practice that would provide quality work. The majority of practices were driven by money and recommending unnecessary treatment procedures. Dr. Le's office has a very different treatment approach that is patient driven verses system driven. As a person she's fine. As a dentist. Not so much as a business person. Needs work. My fillings are rough. And she tells you one fee in office. Then billing sends you a different bill. Then jennifer never talks to you again

Great dental office! Dr. Jennifer Le is super personable and all the hygienist and dental assistants are friendly and work as a wonderful team. The front desk staff is also great. With the first visit and throughout Dr. Le really takes the time to listen understand and address specific needs and concerns. Now nearing the end of my dental treatment plan, I’m so pleased with the results and overall treatment. This office has truly exceeded my highest expectations! I highly recommend this office!
