My experience with Dr. Mazzarella turned into a nightmare. This orthodontist did not allow for continuity in my treatment plan. I had to lodge multiple complaints against her in order to receive attention for oral care. After numerous complaints, Dr. Mazzarella sent me a letter wherein she terminated the dentist-patient relationship although my treatment was incomplete and she provided inept services. She was very discourteous.

Routine visit to adjust my braces. Dr. Mazzarella always keeps me informed as to my progress. One more visit and my braces will be off!! Staff has ALWAYS been kind and courteous! Great service, always with a smile.

So far my son has a good experience with his ortho dr and the team. We get there on time, get seen on time and always be out in less than in hour. We’re satisfied at the moment and hope to continue to. They are all very professional and friendly.

I’ve never had an issue with the doctor but theres just no structure. Whenever I have a set appointment, I’m always waiting 1 hour plus before actually being seen. It’s ridiculous the amount of time I have to wait. I’d understand if they’d tell me in advance that they’re running late to avoid me coming in and waiting for hours but they don’t tell you they’re running late until you’re at the counter frustrated demanding an explanation which is totally unfair to patients who are paying for this bad service. One time I literally waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to begin a procedure. Unacceptable!
