Dr. Moore is a nice Dentist. However her office manger is rude. One of their dental assistant got stuck w a needle. I got a call two days later that they wanted me to test for HIV because it was the needle they used on me. They stated that the dental assistant did not want to start the prophylactic medications. Long story short they didn’t provide me a script they wanted me to call my doctor and use my insurance to get tested. When I was t able to test they got very upset.l and yelled at me and then I received a letter in the mail that they would no longer be able to provide me w dental service. Meanwhile I’m in the middle of treatment. I didn’t nothing wrong to be treated so unfairly.
