I’m very grateful for finding this office. I had such bad anxiety regarding dental appointments that I avoided going for around 10 years and developed a good amount of serious issues that were only getting worse. Talking with Midtown Dental about my struggles and visiting the office, and getting a check up and treatment plan really helped me push myself to go through with the major work as everyone was very kind, helpful and reassuring. The combination of conscious oral sedation and IV sedation worked amazingly in keeping the anxiety down, leading up to the surgery and then keeping me unaware of any pain or discomfort throughout the entire appointment and continued even after I got home. In fact I had virtually no swelling or pain after having 7 teeth extracted, including all wisdom teeth, among other procedures.I can’t recommend Midtown Dental enough, especially if you suffer from dental anxiety or fear.

They are always prompt with my appointment time. They are super friendly, easy to talk to, have modern technology, and don’t try to talk you into extra things that you don’t need. They are amazing! Book your appointment now!

I have been coming here for years and been seen by a few different hygienists as well as all three dentists at this location. This is the best dental care I’ve ever had. They care about your concerns, your comfort, any fears you may be having. I’ve never had a bad visit.

My family has been seeing Midtown dental since the beginning. We’ve never had a bad experience. They’re always friendly, open about cost, and cognizant of our individual needs.

My experience here was really bad. I was told I was paying for a comprehensive case that would come with as many refinements as would be needed to complete my treatment. But, I was only given one refinement, and issues that weren't corrected I was told other people who can't afford orthodontic treatment have to deal with every day and that I needed to just take care of my teeth and accept what Dr. Apekian did. I was then dismissed as a patient without my treatment being completed. I would argue that Dr. Apekian should apply this logic to a number of things in her office that she doesn't need before using it as rationalization to take advantage of her patients. She lied to me, was very condescending and full of herself, and she would not listen to me when I called her out, nor apologize for her mistakes. Her staff also diminished my feelings and lied to me in order to silence me. My other review that more thoroughly outlines my experience here is on Google Reviews. See a dentist who doesn't demean anxious patients. You won't find that here, in Jenny Apekian or her staff.

Today I had an appointment at Midtown dental to have my teeth cleaned. I told the hygienist that I had broken 1 of my veneers 2 days prior and she asked if I wanted to have it replaced. A few minutes later Dr Apekian came in to assess the problem, explained exactly what she could do, how much it would cost, and asked if i had a couple hours later today for her to replace it. Dr Apekian worked like a true artist with 3 of her assistants to create a more attractive veneer than I had before. I was most impressed with how thoughtful everyone was about my needs, while explaining every single step they each performed. Dr Apekian also was The Best anesthetist ever! Everyone’s manner was professional and respectful, both to me and to each other. I am a retired nurse practitioner, and I am totally impressed with Midtown Dental staff and their care. They felt like family- a good one!
