I dropped in just wanting to have a loose crown in the front reglued. It almost cost us $8,000.00. The loose crown (they said there were 2) cost $3,000.00 and then was told I needed to have 3 more teeth removed to see what was under them. That would have cost me over $5,000.00. For $8,000 I could go to Mexico and have the whole mouth done. The whole thing was scarry because they could not get some of their x-rays to show certain teeth.. I am so angry that they take such advantage of people.

Dr. Wang was nice and professional, but our conversations were extremely brief. She didn’t take time to explain things to me, the appointments seemed rushed, and I ended up being persuaded by the hygienist to get a crown which I wasn’t convinced I needed. Dr. Wang should explain what she is doing as she is doing it so there is no confusion. She ended up grinding the crown way down because the bite was high, and now it feels weird and I still can’t tolerate cold on it 6 months later. I won’t be going back here. Most of the other staff at this office were nice, but I had a female hygienist who was very bossy and pushy. It’s always a red flag when they say they like to do x-rays every 6 months, that’s an unnecessary amount if you take good care of your teeth.
