Dr. Brown ZERO stars!!! My husband goes in to have a tooth pulled, comes home, numbness wears off only to realize the dr pulled the wrong freaking tooth! So my husband goes back up there for dr to fix his mistake only he starts by cutting the tooth in half to realize he can't get it! My husbands blood pressure has sky rocketed and is in excruciating pain for 5 days (unable to work) until he can get into an oral surgeon. I will never go back to this place!

Dr. Brown is not interested in listening to anything you have to say as a patient. He is too busy to spend any time trying to determine the problem you are having. Between our insurance and out of pocket expenses, we just dropped $1200 for a crown. We WILL NOT return to Element Dental for the reasons listed above. It is ridiculous that Dr. Brown makes you feel like you are being a problem if you tell him the work he just completed doesn't seem to feel right.
