Dr. Jeremiah Taylor, DDS

This was my initial visit and I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. The receptionist was away from her desk, assisting Dr. Taylor with a patient I believe. Forty minutes after my appointment time, I was taken to a chair by a dental assistant, briefly interviewed and then left alone. I think she was also called to assist the dentist with the other patient. An hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time, the dental assistant came back to ask if I needed to be someplace soon. Since I had waited an hour and twenty minutes without any communication or explaination regarding the reason for delay, I told the assistant that I was going to go on home. Incidentally, it was 6:05 pm by this time. Unfortunately this was a missed opportunity to make a good first impression.

Very well trained, personable, did n excellent job on my implant, after a “big-name” Longview dentist failed twice, made me pay for two crowns that never fit. Please try Dr. Taylor in Kilgore if you need a great dentist!

Dr. Taylor is a very nice guy, however, he needs to polish up his Invisalign training. I’ve wasted four years with him and now am having to pay for treatment with an orthodontist who is having to fix whatever it is he did or didn’t do during those four years when he practiced in St. Cloud, FL. My teeth were straight to begin with, all I wanted was to widen my smile; it was never accomplished. I’ve seen and spent more time with my new orthodontist than I ever did with Dr. Taylor; he popped in for two minutes each time I completed my last set of trays and that was it. He would tell me to hope and pray that those would be the last set of aligners I needed, it never happened. He never provided reassurance that my treatment would ever be completed. PSA Please see an orthodontist for ALL orthodontic treatment, they’re specialist for a reason. I deeply regret entrusting a Dental office with my orthodontic needs.

He did my daughter's wisdom teeth, and he's AMAZING????
