Very good bedside manner
I had a procedure where he visited me prior and he has stood out. It was the first time someone said they heard about my situation and empathized with the history of my surgeries. It was so different that I was almost shocked and caught off guard in a good way. He addressed the emotional side of being a surgical patient. It felt genuine. Amazing bedside manner.
