Thank you, Dr. Hines, for my PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) treatment with a Vampire Facial combined with microneedling, teeth cleaning and whitening, laser wrinkle facelift, and the removal of mandibular tori (extra bone growth on the upper or lower jawbones). Did not feel comfortable that this provider operated with the level of integrity and customer-centricity that I would hope for or expect when visiting a new dentist. The facilities were poorly kept, she seemed hurried and inattentive and the receptionist was attitudinal and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this dentist to others.

Dont even wait. Here is where you belong. Four impacted 3rd molar extractions are a piece of cake for Doctor Hines. End up right here. Youu'll be glad you did.

I've been putting off getting my tooth extracted for fear of the dentist! The pain became unbearable so I had to come in. Why did I wait so long? Stupid me! The surgery went great and recovery has been smooth. Just got back from my follow up and got the "all good". NO more tooth pain - FINALLY. Misrepresentations and half-information from this dentist and her partner for a very long time. My questions are whether she is aware and just turns a blind eye so long as her patients don't leave her? Or just doesn't ask any questions? Or whether she is actually an active participant? Patients are entitled to complete, accurate and quality information to make informed decisions about their care and the provider/partner they choose.

made me feel like i was in good hands. she seemed to know what she was talking about. explained everything to me perfectly. i understood everything of what was going on and what was going to happen. love the staff they could not be more helpful

Dr.Hines is amazing, super caring and explains the entire procedure in detail. You can tell she really cares about her patient. After having my wisdom teeth extracted i had minimal swelling and barely any pain. From past experiences with other doctors she is by far the best.
