Once I got over the shock of watching Dr. Grimm berate his support staff in the reception area, I had the exact same experience as Mark P. - right down to the listing of his credentials. He was condescending and almost hostile in his approach. He inferred that I thought dental health was on par with hair and nails because I just wanted a cleaning until I got a COVID vaccine. I couldn't wait to get out of his office and I'll never go back.

I went to Dr. Grimm while I was 7.5 months pregnant. I was told he would not be using any anesthetic or even a topical swab to fill cavities and then proceeded to show me what teeth needed fillings by forcibly pushing into the cavities with a sharp metal instrument and tapping with said instrument on teeth in need of root canals. Definitely lives up to his name.

The doctor spent less than a minute looking at my teeth only to tell me that I needed 5-6 fillings, a crown, and possibly a root canal. I'd gone to the same dentist for years before moving and never had a problem. I told him I understood what he was saying. He then proceeded to tell me all of his certifications post dental school and that he teaches dental students. Like I was supposed to be impressed or needed to be convinced he was a real doctor. The entire clinic was very unprofessional.
