I had a new patient exam with Dr. Henderson today. I found her arrogant and condescending. She immediately told me I had several teeth in urgent need of crowns due to old fillings and cracked teeth. I said nothing was hurting and that I needed to process what she was saying. I was simply there for a cleaning and to find a dentist since relocating to Bend. Dr. Henderson abruptly left the room and then had her front staff person come in and say the Doctor wasn’t comfortable with me. This was fine as I wasn’t comfortable with her either but very unprofessional. Her staff seemed wonderful but Dr. Henderson is way too aggressive for my liking. In reading other reviews this seems to be a common theme with Dr. Henderson. If you do not agree with her suggestions, beware.

Dr. Henderson is such a skilled, knowledgable, compassionate, and professional dentist! The practice is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind. I am so glad I trusted her with my dental care and will continue to. I highly recommend her.
