Have been going here for 1.5 years and never has any complaint. The doctor indeed cares about the kid and takes pride in her work. The other dental specialist my son went to gave quite high marks on the fillings my son got. It is a small office and not a lot open slots. My trick is to schedule before leaving and the front desk is helpful in finding desirable ones.

Horrible customer service, forgot to schedule an appoint and the next available was 3 months out. Luckily we found another pediatric dentist with great care and was actually 50% less then Dr Su's estimate. I'm now actually glad they messed up the scheduling and couldn't fit us in for the next 3 months because after our experience I'm questioning the quality of care my son would have received. If you're thinking of this office please do your due diligence.

Simply the best kids dentist in the metro! As a mom of 3 I know a bit or two about kids dentist and how they compare up! Dr. Su is very knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated. We have followed her to the current clinic since it was opened.

Best pediatric dentist for us so far! Before Dr. Su, I have tried 3 child dentists in Plano and none of them earned enough trust from me. Dr. Su took time to explain the needs of our kids and did super jobs.
