Last Sunday, I lost a crown off my implant (it was placed years ago from another dentist), then bit down on it and broke a molar. Carrie responded to my text message for help, on a Sunday! They was able to get me in right away on Monday. Dr Prather, with Audrey's assistance, was able to replace the crown and fix me up with a temporary filling until I can start a crown on the broken molar. The entire staff is always so helpful and kind! If you need/want a new dentist, THIS is the office that will meet your needs in a kind, knowledgable, helpful and friendly manner! Thank you, Dr. Prather, Michelle, Hannah, Carrie, Audrey for always being awesome!

Wonderful doctor, great hygienists. Rude and unhelpful office staff ruin the experience. Treatment coordinator deceives patients regarding insurance coverage and blames consumers for issues. Such a shame that a great dentist has an objectively inept treatment coordinator.

Dr Prather and her entire staff are top notch. Competent, caring and efficient. Office staff is excellent as well as dental medical team. They are especially good with my autistic non-verbal adult daughter. She actually likes her visits there!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Prather. She is very gentle and makes the visit very pleasant. I don't normally like dentists, but I would recommend Dr. Prather to everyone.

She works in a way that makes you feel at home and comfortable with every procedure. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at ease and it continues all throughout the office. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a permanent dental home.
